The awards ceremony for Asia's 50 Best Restaurants took place at the W Hotel in Bangkok earlier this week with Chef Gaggan Anand's local Indian hotspot, Gaggan, claiming top honours once again. Other notables include André in Singapore which improved two places from last year, holding on to the third place and Le Moût in Taichung, Taiwan which although is ranked 30th, is the only restaurant out of the top 50 to have a female chef at the helm.
