HITCHBIRD BESPOKE is the on-ground destination wedding planning service by www.hitchbird.com. We aim to provide end to end / full wedding planning service, from conceptualization, vendor recommendations, time and budget management and on the day coordination. Hitchbird Bespoke is backed by over 30 years of collective experience and expertise in destination weddings and event management.
Prewedding Services
- Budget planning.
- Identify, hire and arrange payments for wedding professionals providing services such as venue for the wedding, accommodation, transportation, food catering, decoration, and photography.
- Liaise with all the vendors and venue management prior to and on the wedding date in terms of logistics and scheduling of events.
- Prepare the rundown and itinerary for the wedding event in consultation with the wedding couple.
1-7 Days Prior To Wedding Day
- Coordinate all of the activities with the venue management and various wedding service providers for a smooth rundown of the wedding.
- Conduct a final meeting before the wedding with all the wedding service providers.
- Assist with the wedding rehearsal at the wedding venue (based on the availability).
Wedding Day Services
- A professional wedding planning team from Hitchbird will be on standby from the beginning until the end of the event.
- Coordinate the whole event together with the venue and vendors.
- Organize and ensure all services are provided in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate with all vendors involved during the wedding event.
- Prepare contingencies and a backup plan in case of inclement weather

The Design Process
- Meetings and consultations with the wedding couple for selecting and identifying the decoration concept and color theme.
- Creation of moodboard and proposal which includes the decoration theme, flowers, color pallette, lighting ambiance and other details.
- 3D rendering of designs.
- Create mock-ups for the dinner reception centerpieces and VIP table.
- Coordinate all of the decoration logistics, from setup until dismantle.
