What to Expect on the Day

On the wedding day itself, private transportation is provided for the bridal couple from their hotel of choice to the venue. Upon arrival, they will be given exclusive access to two separate preparation suites for dressing, hair and make-up.   

One convenient benefit of the Island Flair wedding package is the choice of having a professional video or photography service. Both options are made available for the duration of six hours to document every single detail of this magical occasion.

The union will be officially recognised with a symbolic blessing ceremony conducted by a priest or marriage celebrant in the splendour of the Tirtha Uluwatu Glass Chapel. Exquisite floral decorations and a fresh frangipani walkway will adorn this striking structure, while a small choir will fill the air with the sweet sounds of hymns and songs of joy.

Two local page boys and two flower girls dressed in traditional Balinese costumes will lead the bridal procession and sprinkle fresh petals down the aisle. They will remain in the chapel for the entire ceremony and take part in the ensuing photo/video shoot. This celebration of love also includes a reception and after-party hosted in the carefree ambience of a lush garden environment. Casual beanbags and benches scattered around a manicured lawn will encourage everyone to unwind and mingle.

What to Expect in the Evening

As darkness descends, a flavourful Asian-styled buffet dinner featuring traditional food carts and live cooking stations will be served. An open bar will also be available with free flow wine, beer, mocktails and other non-alcoholic drinks. Meanwhile, a professional DJ will be behind the decks mixing up dance tunes to get the party started. 

Island Flair is an exclusive week-day wedding package for modern couples looking to share this once-in-a-lifetime moment with an intimate gathering of family and loved ones. Thoughtfully timed to commence at 5.00pm, the ceremony will coincide with Bali’s famous sunset, which is visible in all its dazzling glory from Tirtha Uluwatu’s stunning location.

Available throughout the remainder of 2019, the entire event will be perfectly planned and executed by a Wedding Assistant, while a Wedding Butler and Bridal Assistant will be on hand to take care of any additional details on the day.
