Package includes
- Assistance during technical meeting and wedding rehearsal
- Help organize and space the processional line-up
- Gather and distribute ceremony items at the site
- Ensure setup and décor for ceremony & reception are correct
- Verify that small things like favors and place cards receive proper placement
- Confirm set up of the guest book, gift table, cake table, rental items, etc
- Direct events to keep the wedding flowing smoothly and on schedule
- Assist with transport arrangement if required
- Respond to any last-minute emergencies or changes
- Note: Any wedding more than 100 persons and for any wedding with more than 1 venue will be subject to additional charge
