We were delighted with the outcome. We organised everything online and got what we expected. The food tasting was a nice touch to finalise the reception menu. The events team took great care of us and made sure everything was in order on and leading up to the day.

We came to the Philippines to attend our sons wedding, but our airline had managed to lose all our luggage. The hotel staff not only showed genuine concern for our situation, but also spent time taking us shopping for more clothes. They also took it upon themselves to chase up the airline, then sent a driver to the airport to collect our bags. Thankfully our bags arrived after 5 days - the day before the wedding, so we had a happy ending.The food and drinks in the hotel are excellent and good value for money - especially the South African and Australian wines.Every member of staff we met was friendly and professio…
