Well-sited, Well-Managed, Family-Friendly We spent a very pleasant week at the JW Marriott Phuket. In the first place, the property is well-sited on a beautiful stretch of beach and ocean in quiet Mai Khao. Sunsets over the Andaman Sea are spectacular. There were several weddings during our stay here. This seems an excellent place for one. During our stay, we saw and enjoyed watching two very beautiful traditional Indian weddings with festive music and dancing. Beautiful property, although I must admit that we didn't get to see it in its entirety. We were here for just two nights to attend a wedding and were kept us on our toes through the period. The wedding was of course fabulous. The resort made the perfect setting for such an event. We enjoyed our stay thoroughly. The hotel is in very close proximity to the airport, but pretty far from Phuket town.
