Hello! I am Juliet, Freelance MakeUp Artist based in Queenstown, New Zealand. Specialising in Wedding Makeup. I completed my Diploma at the Academy of Film and Television Makeup in 1999. I then went on to qualifying as a Nail Technician with Creative Nail Design NZ. I freelanced as a Makeup Artist and Nail technician up to 2001 when I Graduated from Joyce Blok School of Beauty Therapy. I worked in various Salons and Spas throughout Auckland. After returning from living in Sydney, Australia in 2007 I purchased a business in St Heliers, Auckland. I Sold the business in 2014 after moving to Queenstown in 2012 where I am raising my two children and freelancing in the services I offer.

I won't lie; I have a love affair with makeup and this has been prevalent since a very young age. It all started with my mother's makeup in the 80's; blue eyeshadows, red lipsticks...I am sure you can imagine the look I was capturing! I feel incredibly fortunate to have utilised this love in the latter years of my life. In 2004 I worked on the MAC Dunedin counter and from here, my obsession for indulgent colours, flawless finishes and an eclectic array of styles grew even more. I have spent the last 8 years growing my own business in Wanaka.
