About Sarah - I've always been drawn to photojournalism. My favourite photos tell a story, and they make you feel something. I want you to be able to look at your photos and remember what it felt like to be there - the hugs, the laughter, the emotions. It's right up my alley to shoot natural and creative portraits, along with lots of documentary coverage of what's going down. If you believe that weddings are for celebrating love with the folks that mean the most to you, and not for posey photo shoots, then I'm your girl. The way I shoot at weddings is by responding to the action and surroundings; documenting the day, capturing natural moments, just noticing, paying attention. Entrusting the photographing of your wedding day to someone is a big deal, and I would be honoured. If you like my photos then lets talk. I live in Wellington, New Zealand. I work all over this sweet country. I'm particularly fond of jaunts to Marlborough, Hawke's Bay and The Coromandel.

Reminiscences Wedding Studios (also found on search engines as “Wedding Photographer Wellington” or “wedding photography wellington”) is a premier Wedding Photography and Videography Studio in Wellington. Our photography style is deeply rooted in wedding journalism and is highly influenced by fine-art and fashion photography. The result is clean, crisp, creative Wedding photography which is full of colours, emotions fun and Romance. We don’t just take photos but we capture moments to create beautiful memories. We often ask our clients one question, “Why us?”, and we always get a lot of reasons as the answer. But one reason which we get from all our clients is, “Your colours and your style “. When you search for “Wedding Photographer wellington” or even “Wedding Photographer New Zealand” you get heaps of different options. According to most of our clients, one aspect which stood out in our work was “The Colours”. Human eyes and mind is significantly better is recalling scenes, pictures and images which are not just black and white. It is believed that colours has a stronger appeal to the senses, prompting a better connection to parts of the brain involved with memory. Natural colour is what the human brain expects from its view of the everyday world - and anything different fails to make an equivalent impact.

About Catherine Cattanach - I love to photograph them in a simple, real way that tells a story about who they are (and who they love). My working style is very friendly and relaxed. I laugh a lot, and I cry quite a bit too at weddings, but I hide behind the camera so you can’t see. I love beautiful light, I love the magic of human connection, and I love capturing moments that pass in the blink of an eye. I have won many awards and titles for my work, but the most rewarding part of my job is handing over beautiful prints and albums to happy clients, knowing that I’ve captured a little piece of their family history and have created something individual and special for them; something which can never be made again.
Engaging the right photographer to capture your day is essential; your images will be a reminder of that moment of pure love for the rest of your lives. When I engage with a couple, it is important that you and I create an artistic partnership. We become a team partner together to focus on capturing exceptional, intimate and unique images of your wedding. I partner with only a handful of couples a year; this keeps me fresh, focused and open. You will never feel like just “another bride” with me. These partnerships last; many couples, after the wedding, engage me to capture their pregnancies, new babies and family portraits. As a “generational” photographer, your wedding may be the beginning of a beautiful friendship between you and I as your family grows with love.
We are a husband and wife team who have taken the courage to turn our passion into pride. We are constantly inspired by life, love and the little things that come in between and they're exactly what we look for in every wedding -- what we await and frame. We aim to create photographs that tell stories that really happened and emotions that were really felt. We love natural light but will still play with creative lights. We strive to prove that something beautiful doesn't have to be expensive.

About Larissa - I have been in the photographic industry for donkey's years, specialising in weddings for over 10 years now. I have had the pleasure in being part of hundreds of wedding celebrations around New Zealand and abroad. I appreciate the time and effort that goes into creating your wedding day, I take care to capture each element working with you to identify the details, the people and the moments that are especially important to you.
About Victoria Vincent - I live on Wellington’s south coast with my family. I love to sew, bake with my kids, eat tomatoes from my garden, and venture up into the town belt to catch the last rays of the sun. I mostly shoot in natural light, bending and extracting it to produce the most beautiful and softly lit images possible. I like small apertures that capture the essence of a person and the people they love. My goal is to photograph the connection between people; I prefer people to smile at each other rather than at the camera. My approach to wedding and portraiture work was framed by my experience making documentaries for the BBC in London. I have learned to let the story tell itself by capturing the many candid moments that make up a wedding day – but are so easily missed. This desire for the candid image gives my photographs a natural and genuine edge – this is my point of difference. My ease behind the camera allows subjects to relax and results in my award-winning portraiture work.
About Emily - For me, the essence of photography is storytelling. This is why I am so drawn to wedding photography. A wedding is a story. I like the idea that the images I take become the chronicle of that story. So whether it is weeks, months, or even years later, you can be transported back to that special day.
